• Cancellation 48 Hours in Advance: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Inclement Weather: Your safety is our priority. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your activity. If we cancel due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.
• Location at Emerald Beach Resort:
• Our exciting water activities are conveniently located at the stunning Emerald Beach Resort. Here’s how you can find us (right across from the airport):
• Address: Calypso Watersports, Emerald Beach Resort, 8070 Lindbergh Bay, St Thomas 00802
• Directions: From the main entrance of Emerald Beach Resort, head towards the beachfront area, walk through the beach bar to the beach. Look for our Calypso Watersports kiosk where our friendly staff will be ready to assist you.
• What Activities Do You Offer? We offer a range of fun water activities, including Kymera Body Boards, on-the-water cabanas, beach chair rentals and more. Check our website or contact us for a complete list of activities.
• Do I Need Previous Experience? No prior experience is required for most of our activities. Our skilled instructors will provide guidance and safety instructions before you begin.
• What Should I Bring? For most activities, we recommend bringing sunscreen, a swimsuit, a towel, and a change of clothes if you’d like to change after. Specific requirements may vary depending on the activity.
• Are Reservations Required? While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons.
• What Are Your Operating Hours? Our operating hours vary based on the season. Check out our activities page and the available hours that you can book will show online.
• Is There Parking Available? Yes, there is parking available for guests at Emerald Beach Resort. There is no charge for parking.
